  • Assist with recruiting and HR topics incl. posting jobs, short-listing candidates, scheduling interviews, and similar tasks
  • Create weekly reports & newsletters
  • Work with data incl. creating basic spreadsheets, cleaning data, creating reports, etc
  • Conduct online research (including lead research)
  • Listen to video/audio recordings and provide summary reports
  • Call and email third parties to obtain information & provide an overview of all collected information
  • Format documents and presentations
  • Coordinate & schedule meetings, manage calendars
  • Create & send invoices, follow up on payments, provide invoice/payment reports
  • Update & send contracts, follow up on signatures, store contracts in an organized manner
  • Process payments and create basic financial reports
